My Real Estate Expertise
I’ve been a licensed Realtor since 2007, closing properties from $600,000 up to $3.6 million. I work closely with developers, often aligning them with professional agents to market their properties strategically. Although I wear many hats in Transactions, I can only be one person representing one side of a deal in Real Estate Transactions. Funny thing about ethics.
I also specialize in land and entitlements, assisting homeowners and private parties with small communities, cluster housing, and complex development projects. My approach is hands-on: navigating permitting, coordinating with local agencies, and making sure projects move forward efficiently while staying cost-effective.
Currently, I’m negotiating a beautiful property in West Santa Rosa—a prime example of my focus on high-quality residential opportunities that balance value, sustainability, and community impact.
Environmental & Community Projects
I’m deeply committed to responsible development and habitat restoration. One of my key projects is a 14-acre mitigation site in West Santa Rosa, part of a larger parcel designed to restore sensitive habitats while providing environmental credits for developers. Currently I am finalizing our grading permit at a Restoration Project in Cotati. Once the seed grows, 3-4 months and recreates the habitat we will be preparing these parcels for credit sales—allowing housing and habitat to coexist responsibly.
This is part of my broader mission: to create housing solutions that protect the environment, serve the community, and support sustainable growth. I work closely with builders to ensure their projects proceed expeditiously, affordably, and within regulatory compliance, making homeownership accessible while maintaining ecological balance. I am not a Contractor, Engineer or a Biologist. I have worked with many trade professionals and agencies and have helped SO many people get there project looked at and finalized.
